Wausau man reaches plea deal in child prostitution case

One of four people accused in a child prostitution ring has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Dominick West, 21, of Wausau on Monday was found guilty in Marathon County Circuit Court on charges of child enticement, benefiting from child trafficking and having sex with a child age 16 or older. Six additional felony charges and one misdemeanor were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
