Jung led 'Jacks to playoff berths in both seasons there

Steve Jung is leaving the Wausau East football program after coaching the Lumberjacks for two seasons to take the same position with Neenah - his alma matter.

"Going back to the town where most of my family lives, that was a big deal," Jung said Tuesday night. "It's always nice feeling to go back to your hometown and to be the head football coach, it's a dream come true I think.

"It's probably the most difficult decision I've made in my career. I had to work out what I felt was best for my family," Jung added. "Wausau East has been very good to me and it's been a great experience. It's sad but I look forward ...
