A 20-year-old Racine woman and a 27-year-old Nekoosa man have been charged with felonies after an infant was taken to a hospital for multiple broken bones.

Kurstyn L. Bieneman is charged with intentional child abuse, child neglect resulting in great bodily harm, child neglect and obstructing an officer. Robert J. Winker is charged with reckless child abuse, child neglect resulting in great bodily harm and child neglect, all as a repeat offender, meaning he has past convictions but not necessarily for the same offenses.
