A mix of freezing drizzle and snow changing to all snow could make for hazardous traveling conditions Thursday afternoon and evening.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect until midnight across the region. The advisory means that periods of snow and freezing rain will cause some travel difficulties. Ice-covered roads and limited visibilities are possible.

Forecasters have said 1 to 3 inches is expected west of the Fox River and 3 to 5 inches east of the Fox, with locally higher amounts to 6 inches possiblein Kewaunee and Manitowoc counties.Weather-related cancellations ...
