Community leaders plan to attract new businesses and shoppers to the city's downtown in the next two years with help from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp.

Greenwood was one of 20 Wisconsin cities selected for WEDC's Connect Communities program, which provides assistance and resources for cities to revitalize their downtown and urban commercial districts.
