Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; fiction writing; Bunco.

10:30 a.m.: Craft & Chat at Amherst dining site.

11:30 a.m.: music by Raflik & Cekosh.

11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Homestead Tax Credit applications at Rosholt dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; acrylic painting; compact camera basics.

Lunch menu: chicken, rice broccoli casserole, Harvard-style beets, fresh apple, chocolate peanut butter square.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: wood carving; Foster Grandparent Program inservice.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

10:30 a.m.: chair massage.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: music by the Grenadiers; presentation on healthy snacking at Hi-Rise dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; bride lessons; continuing Spanish; RSVP Silver Threads.

1:30 p.m.: LIFE - Laugh Away the February Doldrums.

5 p.m.: Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group.

Lunch menu: meat loaf, baked potato with sour cream, creamed cabbage, whole grain dinner roll, brownie.

Wednesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining sites; beginner Polish.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish.

Lunch menu: vegetarian chili, seven-layer salad, French breadstick, fresh grapes, cookie.

Feb. 14

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: knitting; Soul Collage.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; blood pressure screening; Round Table Crafters at Plover dining site.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a,m.: music by Pieczynski & Martin.

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Homestead Tax Credit applications at Junction City dining site.

Noon to 4:30 p.m.: help with income tax returns.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Plover dining site.

1 p.m.: round dancing; pottery; quilting.

2 p.m.: square dancing.

Lunch menu: glazed ham, sweet potato casserole, California blend vegetables, whole grain bread, fruit salad.

Feb. 15

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge; movie classics.

Lunch menu: egg salad on a sub bun, vegetable soup, fruit cocktail, vanilla wafers.
