An Oshkosh man who sold heroin to a man who later died after overdosing will spend time in prison.

Winnebago County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Gritton sentenced Jason S. Van Dyke, 33, to 15 years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision Friday for a first-degree reckless homicide conviction.

Van Dyke was convicted in connection the April 14, 2011, death of 25-year-old Cole Trittin, who was found dead at a residence in the town of Poygan after he purchased heroin from Van Dyke. ...
