Bowling event to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters

Bowl for Kids' Sake will take over Dale's Weston Lanes for the seventh year, and this year's event is scarier than ever.

The event, which takes place Feb. 15, 16 and 22, is a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin, and this year's theme is Big Scare.

About 1,000 participants dressed in their favorite scary costumes will gather at the bowling alley for the three-day Halloween-themed event. Each year, event bowlers help raise about one-third of the organization's annual operating budget through pledges. ...
