D.C. Everest's two mock trial teams will travel to Green Bay on Feb. 9 to compete in the state regional competition, and they're ready to finish first this year after a past clouded by second-place awards.

Formerly in the Wisconsin Rapids regional district with national champion Rhinelander, the Everest teams hope to break free this year from their second place slump and advance to the state competition for the Green Bay regional district.
