UWSP, Mid-State could lose valuable partner if Skyward moves

Jessica Esser loves the opportunity to work at Skyward Inc., and she said she hopes to make it a career.

Esser, a junior studying web design and media development at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, is one of a group of students who are interning at Skyward Inc. The company added the program in fall 2012, complementing an already deep connection the business has with both UWSP and Mid-State Technical College. Graduates from the two schools account for 164 of the more than 385 Skyward employees throughout the United States.
