In today's world, expectations of ourselves and from others are greater in both our work and personal lives. Along with this, we also want to feel both successful and fulfilled - a tough challenge.

Agnesian Work & Wellness Corporate Consulting Services is offering a free series of workshops, facilitated by Gregg Brewer, MS, to provide skill building to embrace and benefit from this challenge.

? On Thursday, Feb. 21, "Diversity" will showcase how to utilize the talents of those you work and interact with.

? "Customer Service" will follow on Thursday, March 21 where participants will learn the key components of great internal and external customer service.

? On Wednesday, April 17, the series will continue with "Emotional Intelligence." This session will help participants understand and improve the competencies of emotional intelligence.

? The workshops conclude with "Resilience" on Wednesday, May 15. Learn how to improve your and others' abilities to bounce back after difficult times.

The free workshops are scheduled in Agnesian HealthCare's Plaza Level Conference Center, 430 E. Division St., Fond du Lac, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. A continental breakfast is provided at 7:30 a.m. Class size is limited to 60 people.

To register or for more information, call Agnesian Work & Wellness Employee Assistance Program at 920-924-0614; or 1-800-458-8183.
