C-port bake sale held Tuesday; funds summer reading program

7:03 PM, Feb. 7, 2013  |  Comments

The Campbellsport Public Library staff members are gearing up for the 2013 Summer Reading Program. This program is designed to entice people of all ages to spend more time reading during the summer months. In the past, this program has been very popular. In 2012, we encouraged approximately 550 participants to attend Summer Reading activities.

We expect this summer's annual program to be just as successful as it has been in the past. Since this important program is funded solely through fund-raisers and other business and individual donations we will be holding our traditional election day bake sale.

We are asking library supporters to donate fresh baked goods for this fund-raiser. Donors can drop off bakery items Monday, Feb. 18 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.; or early on Tuesday morning. Please wrap your items in easy to sell packages. Bake sale volunteers will price the donated items.

If you have any questions about any library program or services, call 533-8534; or e-mail director@campbellsportlibrary.org
