The Campbellsport Public Library is in their fifth session of presenting an eight-week course on making positive lifestyle changes. Each Wednesday, we will briefly discuss some positive and easy changes that you can make towards eating a healthier diet.

After a question-and-answer period we will be doing an audience participation introduction to various forms of exercise. All of these classes are lead by Tracie Schanen of Harmony Fitness & Nutrition. Classes are free.

Lifestyle Sessions: On Wednesday, Feb. 13, starting at 7:15 p.m., participants will get an introduction to Pilates. Pilates is a system of physical conditioning using precision, breath, and your core. We will do 5-to-7 repetitions per exercise to stay mindful. Learn how to engage your powerhouse and learn control from head-to-toe. At the meeting we will also be discussing if people are ready to change their lifestyle for the positive.

All exercises will be lead in a format that will ensure that everyone will succeed! Participants will be shown how to modify all exercises to ensure that they are getting a safe, fun and beneficial introduction to all forms of the exercises that are being presented. We urge participants to attend all the programs to get the full benefits of the series but if there are only certain exercise formats that interest you, feel free to come to only those classes. Registration is appreciated call 920-533-8534; by e-mailing director@campbellsportlibrary.org; or send us a message on Facebook.
