Don't miss your chance to become the next official T-shirt designer of Walleye Weekend! This annual contest has kicked off and it's time to show off your talent and enter a design.
The contest, sponsored by Hopper's Silk Screening and All Star Trophy, is ready to see the community's creative side. There are three divisions this year including Kindergarten through fourth grade, fifth through ninth grade and tenth grade through adult. Registration forms and designs are now being accepted. The winner in each of the division will receive a $200 Hopper's Silk Screening and All Star Trophy gift certificate.
"Year after year, we look forward to see new talent and new designs for walleye weekend," said Mark Hopper, owner of Hopper's Silk Screening and All Star Trophy. "It`s fun to see all levels of art work. It`s a great opportunity to have your design at the largest festival in town, as one of the official t-shirt award winners!"
Rules and entry forms can be found at the Fond du Lac Festivals office, Hopper's Silk Screening & All-Star Trophy and the Fond du Lac YMCA. They can also be downloaded at fdlfest.com. All entries must be postmarked or dropped off at the Fond du Lac Festivals office by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 18.
