A man convicted in federal court of torching Planned Parenthood in Grand Chute is headed for sentencing and may argue on his own behalf, but a federal judge is insisting the man's newly fired lawyer will get to argue, too.

Francis Grady, 50, of Grand Chute is competent to assist in his own defense, but he may not be competent to represent himself at his Feb. 14 sentencing hearing, U.S. District Judge William Griesbach ruled Wednesday in Green Bay.
