Open house set for today for hearing loss center

Hand-N-Hand of Northeastern Wisconsin Inc., which helps families with children experiencing hearing loss, will host its fifth annual open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.

The center, at 3542 Finger Road, promotes language, early literacy and social and emotional development. It provides resources, language and social support to young children with hearing loss, families and professionals who support them.

Support includes weekly communication groups, classes and workshops, parent meetings, resource sharing, community outreach and referrals.

A presentation is set for10:30 a.m., and coffee and pastries will be served.
