Teen in wrestling team harassment case files lawsuit

School district, coaches among those targeted in suit

An attorney for a teenage boy who said he was harassed by older teammates on the Lincoln High School wrestling team during the 2010-11 school year is suing the Wisconsin Rapids School District and numerous coaches and school officials.

"Our lawsuit is filed against the Wisconsin Rapids Public School District because it has a duty to protect all its students, not just the stars of its wrestling team," said Christine Bremer Muggli, the attorney for the teenage boy.
