World's best ice anglers coming to Big Eau Pleine

Sixty-six anglers. Eleven countries. Two gold medals. One goal - to be the best in the world.

The 2013 World Ice Fishing Championships will be held Sunday through Feb. 17 in the greater Wausau area. Some of the best anglers from across the world will fish the Big Eau Pleine Reservoir west of Mosinee. The weeklong event culminates with a two-day competition Feb. 16 and 17.
