Positive behavior instruction: The Wisconsin Rapids School District received a $1,000 grant from the Advocates for WRPS Education Fund through Incourage Community Foundation to promote positive student behavior. The amount of the grant was incorrectly listed and the source of the funding was unclear in an article that appeared on Page 1A of Wednesday's newspaper.

Inspection: The Nekoosa Senior/Community Center: 416 Crestview Lane, Nekoosa was inspected by health inspectors Dec. 14, 2012, and had one violation: Test kit for sanitizer not available. The Wood County Health Department submitted an incorrect form regarding its inspection, and as a result, incorrect information was printed on Page 2A in the Jan. 12 edition of the newspaper under the heading of Restaurant Inspections.

Daily Tribune Media regrets the errors.
