Over time, both adults and children have become accustomed to getting by on fewer hours of sleep. Not only are we sleeping less, but the quality of our sleep has declined as well. With increased technology in homes, people are sleeping less soundly due to distractions from TV's and cellphones throughout the night.

Even though sleep seems basic and routine, it is an important tool to maintaining a healthy mind and body for all ages. We can all relate to not getting enough sleep and feeling tired and fatigued, but did you know that lack of sleep can actually lead to depression, substance abuse, ...
