Soccer fields throughout Wisconsin are covered in layers of snow and ice, but that doesn't mean soccer players have to put away their shin guards.

More than 75 teams turned out for the Frigid Frolic 3v3 Soccer Tournament on Saturday at SentryWorld in Stevens Point. Teams of three faced off against each other on the complex's tennis courts, shooting at miniature nets on both sides of the court.

Portage County Youth Soccer President Sarah Ceballos said teams from across the Midwest turn out for the tournament, which has players from as young as 6 up to 18 years old. ...
