Wausau Paper Corp. reported on Monday that it narrowed its losses in the final quarter of last year.

In a statement today, Wausau Paper also promised to "reduce and realign" its administrative costs by $13 million.

Last month, Wausau Paper announced its intention to sell its three remaining Midwestern paper mills in Mosinee, Rhinelander and Brainerd, Minn., that employ a combined 1,000 workers. The hedge fund Starboard Value LLC pressured Wausau Paper to shed its Wisconsin mills ...
