For Sen. Ron Johnson, President Barack Obama's State of the Union address is likely to be a familiar tune that the Republican lawmaker doesn't want to hear.

"The president will once again pay lip service to job creation by calling it a top priority, but we've heard that broken record before," Johnson said.

"His solution to create jobs has always amounted to nothing but a demand for increased spending, which he calls investment," Johnson added. "He proposes paying for it by increasing taxes or simply putting it on the national credit card - the one that already as a balance of $16.4 trillion." ...
