Winter can be a fun time with or without snow, regardless if it's really cold or just a little cold. And every year, Neillsville has its Winter Carnival, which is a four-day attraction.

This year's event will be held Feb. 21 to 24, and there are plenty of activities that attract Neillsville residents and visitors. This year's carnival includes the following:
