Twelve fish were registered Thursday as the sturgeon spearing season continued on Lake Winnebago.

Dale Jenkins registered the largest fish of the season on the big lake, a 74.6-inch, 119-pound female.

Lake Winnebago: Thursday’s total — 12 (2 juvenile females, 4 adult females, 6 males). Season total 103 (15 juvenile females, 40 adult females, 48 males). No. of fish short of hitting 90 percent harvest caps — 273 juvenile females, 631 adult females, 816 males.
