A Sheboygan judge on Thursday denied a request to have the murder trial of a Sheboygan teen moved outside of Sheboygan County.

Circuit Court Judge Timothy Van Akkeren ruled that intensive media coverage of the case wouldn't impede the court's ability to find an impartial jury to hear the trial of Nathan Paape, 14, who, along with Antonio Barbeau, 14, is accused of killing Barbeau's great-grandmother in September at her Sheboygan Falls home.

During the afternoon hearing, Van Akkeren also agreed to delay the trial for both boys - who are being tried together - until June, after defense ...
