Corey Strum of Stevens Point Area Senior High and Wausau East's Mitch Straub figure there's no need to change things now.

That means going through the same pre-race routine that has put them in the position of competing at the WIAA Division 1 State Swimming & Diving Championships today in the first place.

For Straub that means putting in his ear buds and listening to his favorite song in an effort to achieve laser focus. Or in the case of Sturm we're talking about shaking hands and wishing his fellow competitors good luck to calm nerves and help him relax. ...
