Brett Bower watched Friday night's game from the press box. On Saturday night, he helped the St. Norbert College men's hockey team win a game.

Bower scored his first goal of the year to help the No. 5-ranked Green Knights to a 3-2 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Game 2 of the Peters Cup quarterfinals at the Cornerstone Community Center.

After UW-Stout tied the game at 1 on a power-play goal early in the second period, Bower scored 4 minutes later off a beautiful pass from Emil Haque on the breakaway to put the Green Knights back up. Not only was it Bower's first goal of the season, it ...
