WIAA swimming: Bay Port junior Muhlenbeck finishes 16th in 500 freestyle

Bay Port junior James Muhlenbeck bested his seeding time by nearly 3 seconds to finish 16th in the 500 freestyle at the Division 1 WIAA state swimming and diving meet Saturday at the UW Natatorium.

Muhlenbeck swam a time of 4 minutes, 52.3 seconds.

Pulaski diver Trevor Shadick finished 18th with a score of 230.5. He was eliminated in the semifinals. ...
