The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for north-central and northeast Wisconsin.

Untreated roads may become slippery this afternoon as light snow or freezing drizzle develops. Light snow will likely continue tonight.

The Manitowoc-area forecast calls for a chance of drizzle between 1 and 3 p.m. today, with rain likely after 3 p.m. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are possible. Otherwise, it should be cloudy, with a high near 38 degrees. South winds from 14 to 20 mph may gusts as high as 28 mph. ...
