Firefighters and police officers face off for charities

Set your calendars for the sixth annual Guns N Hoses charity hockey game. Area firefighters and police officers will face off at the 20th Avenue YMCA this Saturday, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. Admission is a $5 donation. All proceeds will benefit the Take Five Club and the YMCA Strong Kids program.

The Take Five Club provides clothes, shoes, jackets, haircuts and more to children in need in the Oshkosh area. The YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign provides scholarships for Y memberships to children and their families who could otherwise not afford the Y's facilities and programs.
