Conflict is a daily reality when working with teams and coaching associates. Very few of us wake up in the morning looking forward to a day filled with conflict. We often avoid conflict hoping that it will resolve itself or go away. Avoidance is rarely a successful strategy to resolve conflict. There are many causes of conflict, but how we respond to and address conflict is critical for the healthy resolution that allows us to move forward.
