Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or on the Web: www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; fiction writing.

11:30 a.m.: music by Raflik & Cekosh.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site; Holly Shoppe Advisory Council.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; acrylic painting; compact camera basics.

Lunch menu: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, stewed tomatoes, whole grain bread, tropical fruit salad.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics; hearing screenings.

9 a.m.: wood carving.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:15 a.m.: Smear at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; bride lessons; continuing Spanish; RSVP Silver Threads; Parkinson's Support Group.

Lunch menu: chicken salad on a whole grain bun, cream of broccoli soup, copper penny salad, banana.

Feb. 27

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst and Rosholt dining sites; beginner Polish.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish.

4 p.m.: Family Caregiver Support Group (speaker: Laura Peterson of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services).

Lunch menu: sliced ham, scalloped potatoes, steamed carrots, whole grain dinner roll, pineapple upside-down cake.

Feb. 28

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: knitting; Soul Collage; foot care clinic.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: help with income tax returns.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Round Table Crafters at Plover dining site.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a,m.: music by Pieczynski & Martin; tips on healthy snacking at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Plover dining site.

1 p.m.: round dancing; pottery; quilting.

1:30 p.m.: Get Med Wise at Hi-Rise Manor.

2 p.m.: square dancing.

Lunch menu: spaghetti, garden salad with dressing, French bread with garlic butter, Mandarin oranges, animal crackers.

March 1

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: help with income tax returns.

9 a.m.: help with computer skills.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10:30 a.m.: play reading.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge.

Lunch menu: breaded fish with tartar sauce in a bun, hash brown casserole, creamy cole slaw, lemon bar.

March 2

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.
