? Calm before the Storm - This selection of works shows contrasting themes of weather and mood. Paintings range from serene, atmospheric landscapes to turbulent seascapes and stormy skies. It includes a couple of rarely seen landscapes by American artist George Inness, a watercolor by Winslow Homer and paintings by European artists Adolphe Schreyer, Georges Michel and Jules Dupre. The exhibit is open at the Paine Art Center and Gardens, 1410 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh. Center hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
