A Green Bay Walmart was closed for a portion of the night Wednesday after someone made a threat against the store.

City Police Lt. David Paral said a threat was received around 7:45 p.m. against the store at 2440 West Mason St. Police were investigating, but it appeared that the threat was "not credible," Paral said.

Paral said that the store made the decision to close after the threat was received. Further information was not immediately available.
