New gaming shop opens in Weston

Role-playing and fantasy card game fans have a new shop in the Wausau area where they can pick up gear and sharpen their skills.

R.O.E. Game and Hobby, 2901 Schofield Ave. in Weston, opened within the past month, and business is picking up at the game shop, the store's owners said.

Mark Revie and Scott Krueger own R.O.E., and the store is run by manager Tom Hudson. Krueger and Hudson were part-owners of Dork Father's Cards & Comics in Merrill that closed about two years ago. R.O.E. stands for Rules of Engagement, which Hudson said sounds a lot tougher than Dork Fathers. ...
