Meeting a favorite Disney character is a dream for many children, and some local children had their dreams come true on Friday.

Disney On Ice welcomed several visually impaired children on the ice to meet characters and feel props used in the Resch Center show, including Aladdin's Magic Lamp and Cinderella's glass slipper.

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Snow White and Daffy Duck greeted the children during the "touch tour." ...
