The Keep Dancing Junior Dance Club of the Diane Remy School of Dance and Baton of Sheboygan and Kiel earned 37 "superior," 29 "excellent" and six "good" ratings in ballet, tap and jazz categories Feb. 3 during a local dance festival sponsored by the Wisconsin Federation of Music Clubs.
Gold Cups for 15 points and a minimum of three years experience went to: Ariana Anderson, Hanna Jens, Caitlyn Muten, Janine Moreno, Izzi Skrepenski, Kyliana Schroeder, Julia Wiggin in ballet; Sophie Brant, Clare Kuhn, Skrepenski and Schroeder in tap; and Isabel Fuentes de Rehm, Andrea Martin, Wiggin in jazz.
Gold Cups for 30 points and a minimum of six years experience went to: Rachel Platz, Joslyn Rutt and Wiggin in ballet; Fuentes de Rehm, Chelsea Schoen and Wiggin in tap; and Greg Schoen in jazz.
A Gold Cup for 45 points and a minimum of nine years experience went to Michaela Audino in tap as did a Gold Cup for 60 points and a minimum of 12 years experience went to her in ballet.
The Sheboygan Music Club has been the sponsor of the dance club for all 24 of its years of existence. Diane Remy is the adviser.
