After months of learning, training and perfecting, it all comes down to hitting a full out flawless routine that lasts 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Head coach Niki Oxley of Royalty Athletics began recruiting all-star athletes last April. Oxley assembles her teams by July and since then, this small gym of 40 athletes have been working hard learning stunts, tumbling and dance counts in preparation to compete and be critiqued by a panel of judges.

Royalty's competition season started in late November, and success is an understatement to what these athletes and coaches have achieved. ...
