It's a pretty simple piece of a wood that hangs on the wall at Coleman High School, a white board with green lettering.

But for anyone who has wrestled for the Cougars, getting your name on the "Big Board" is the epitome of success, an enduring mark of the highest individual honor possible: A WIAA state championship.
