Manitowoc-area forecast: Snow expected overnight

The National Weather Service has issued the following hazardous weather outlook for north-central and northeast Wisconsin.

Patchy dense fog may produce low visibilities and slippery roads early today. Snow is expected to arrive in the Lakeshore and Fox Valley after midnight and produce hazardous travel conditions for the morning commute to work or school. Gusty northeast winds could also produce some blowing and drifting snow.

The Manitowoc-area forecast for today calls for mostly cloudy skies, with a high near 36 degrees. Northeast winds from 13 to 20 mph may gust as high as 29 mph. ...
