Prep football: Paup likely will stay put at Southwest

Green Bay Southwest football coach Bryce Paup thinks there is a good chance he will return to the sideline for a seventh season in 2013, while Southwest athletic director Willie Birkholz is confident the reigning Fox River Classic Conference coach of the year will be back.

But that might not be official yet.

Paup, a former Green Bay Packers linebacker and the 1995 NFL defensive player of the year, has expressed a desire in the past to coach in either the professional or collegiate ranks. ...
