Military honors

? Air Force Airman Wayland Nease graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. The 2010 Green Bay West High School graduate is the son of Lee and Laurie Nease, Green Bay.

? Army National Guard Pfc. Ashley Skoglund graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. The 2009 Mishicot High School graduate is the daughter of Patrick and stepdaughter of Cheryl Skoglund, Eagle River, and sister of Cheryl Skoglund, Oshkosh.

? Army Sgt. Klark Pennings has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Pennings is a team leader assigned to the 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. He has served in the military for 10 years. The 2002 graduate of Bonduel High School is the son of Karlyn and Keith Pennings, Bonduel.

? Army Sgt. Isela Ulman has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. She is a 2001 graduate of Shiocton High School, and the daughter of Maria Silva, Black Creek. Ulman is a human resource specialist assigned to the 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
