Oshkosh school board approves north-side attendance area changes

The Oshkosh school board voted to approve new attendance boundaries for the district's north side at its Wednesday meeting.

The boundaries will be implemented for the upcoming school year. A vote on redrawing south-side attendance areas was postponed indefinitely.

Administrators said the north-side changes were made to better balance enrollment percentages among schools, while purposely leaving Oaklawn with spare room in order to accommodate expected housing growth on the district's north side. ...
