Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or go to www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; fiction writing.

11:30 a.m.: music by Agnes Mallek.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; acrylic painting; compact camera basics.

Lunch menu: stuffed green pepper, mixed vegetables, whole grain bread, strawberries, yellow cake.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: wood carving.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:15 a.m.: Smear at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; bride lessons; continuing Spanish.

Lunch menu: turkey ala king, baking powder biscuits, peas, blushing pears, cookie.

March 6

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: ceramics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge; LIFE: eastern/western medicine.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

11:30 a.m.: Ask Law Enforcement.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst and Rosholt dining sites; beginner Polish.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge; vision screening.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish; advanced t'ai chi.

3 p.m.: beginning t'ai chi.

4 p.m.: Commission on Aging/ADRC Board.

Lunch menu: hamburger Stroganoff with mashed potatoes and gravy, garden salad, whole grain bread, peaches.

March 7

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: knitting; foot care clinic.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: help with income tax returns.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise.

11:30 a.m.: music by Pieczynski & Martin.

12:15 p.m.: tips on healthy snacks at Rosholt dining site.

Lunch menu: baked chicken, baked sweet potato chunks, wax beans, whole grain dinner roll, fruit crisp.

March 8

9 a.m.: help with computer skills; antique ID/evaluation.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: Living with Alzheimer's.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

Noon: Lincoln Center and Hi-Rise dining site birthday celebrations.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii bowling.

Lunch menu: tuna noodle hot dish, mixed vegetables, Mandarin oranges, oatmeal cookie.

March 9

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.
