A giant swinging boat dubbed the Sea Dragon could become the latest attraction under a long-range plan for expanding and upgrading Green Bay's famed Bay Beach Amusement Park.

City officials announced Wednesday that they are negotiating to purchase the Sea Dragon, and they hope to have it at Bay Beach this season or next season.

"The Sea Dragon is a classic ride," city Parks Director Dawne Cramer told members of the City Council Park Committee. "We feel this would be a perfect fit." ...
