A new planetarium show, "The Endless Horizon," will be shown at 2 p.m. Sundays, through March 17, at the Allen F. Blocher Planetarium, located in the Science Building at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

The show, which features narration by Patrick Stewart of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," will explore the unique relationship between scientific discovery and advances in science theory, technology and our concept of the universe. From the 1500s to today, discover how devices were created that influenced the course of history and unlocked the secrets of the solar system.

Admission is free, and planetarium doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled program. Seating is on a first-come basis. For more information, call 715-346-2208.
