Girls basketball: Tigers pull away from Eagles in semifinal

Wrightstown took control in the second half and beat Southern Door, 59-45, Friday night in a Division 3 regional semifinal high school girls basketball game in Wrightstown.

The No. 2-seeded Tigers led by just one point at halftime, but outscored the No. 7 Eagles, 33-20, in the final two quarters. The Tigers (19-4) host Roncalli today in a regional final, while the Eagles finish the season 13-11.
