Agnesian HealthCare has scheduled an open adult support group for individuals and families experiencing a cancer diagnosis from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 in Agnesian HealthCare's Journeys: a health resource center, 430 E. Division St., Fond du Lac. The free support group meets the second Wednesday of each month.

Sponsored by Agnesian Cancer Care services, the program is designed to help participants cope with a cancer diagnosis in an informative and supportive group setting.

March's program features Kristie Martin, MSW, a social worker with the Agnesian Cancer Center, and Deb Toth, MSW, a medical social worker with Agnesian HealthCare's Inpatient Palliative Care Services, who will direct this group specifically for those providing care to individuals with cancer.

This is an open support group where all those interested may attend. Anyone can come to any of the meetings and different individuals may be present each time. There is no cost for attending the sessions.

For more information on this free support group, contact Kristie Martin at 920-926-4103.
