In Emergency Services parlance, "Mutual Aide" is when two or more departments assist each other in handling a major incident. In that same spirit, the Town of Fond du Lac Volunteer Fire Department and North Fond du Lac Emergency Services have joined together as Team Mutual Aide "Relay for Life" team - hoping for strength in numbers.

The two departments provide first aide and emergency medical treatment on-site during the "Relay for Life" event, so the pairing was a natural partnering from those efforts.

As part of its fund-raising efforts for "Relay for Life," NFDL Emergency Services and Town of Fond du Lac Volunteer Fire Department will hold a Brat Fry on Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the PDQ Store, 400 Prospect Ave., North Fond du Lac.

Brats and hamburgers will be sold for $2.25 and cheeseburgers for $2.50, with free delivery offered for orders of 10 or more. Delivery orders can be placed in advance or during the event by calling 960-0246.
